Why Men Go Bald?

It's true what they say, life isn't fair. That's why some of men

already have thinning hair in their 20's, while the guy next to

you is pushing 50 with a full head of hair.

When it comes to losing hair, generally speaking, it's genetic.

Hair loss happens because of a chemical called

Dihydrotestosterone, or DHT, which builds up around the hair follicle and eventually kills both the follicle and the hair.  It's the hair follicle's resistance to DHT that's genetic. If you have relatives with thin hair or who are balding, there's a pretty good chance at some point you'll experience the same. So now's you're chance to blow off genetics, and you can take control.

Male-pattern baldness (also known as Alopecia) is the most common form of hair loss for men. It represents about 90% of all hair loss cases. The result is either a receding hairline or thinning at the crown of the head.

40 million men in North America today are experiencing  the same thing and by the age of 50 at least half of all men will experience hair loss of some kind, and from then on the numbers only climb.

So instead of taking the hand life has dealt us,

let's take control with the following treatment options:

LIGHTWAVE (Red Light) Therapy

Red Light (LIGHTWAVE) therapy has been shown to be beneficial to hair in several studies.

The Red Light therapy for hair loss is claimed to work by supplying energy to the body in the form of non-thermal photons of light and increasing superficial circulation to the scalp. The body is able to absorb this external energy on a cellular level and transform light energy into chemical energy, which then is used to accelerate normal healing rate of tissue for a wide range of ailments.

Treatment sessions last 20 minutes and are recommended twice weekly for at least five weeks or until desired results are achieved.

This treatment is much more effective when used with Minoxidil, proper scalp hygiene, a DHT blocker and hair vitamins.

Propecia / Finasteride

Science has found a way to affect DHT with a prescription taken once a day in tablet form: PROPECIA®. Finasteride (the active ingredient in PROPECIA) blocks the formation of DHT and, in this way, appears to interrupt a key factor in the development of inherited male pattern hair loss in men.

PROPECIA® blocks the formation of DHT and is FDA-proven to stop hair loss and regrow hair for men only.

Rogaine / Minoxidil

Topical Minoxidil / Rogaine may stimulate hair growth by increasing the linear growth rate and diameter of the hair fiber, increase blood flow, alter the hair cycle by shortening the inactive phase and increase active growth phase or act through a combination of these effects.

It's FDA-proven to stop hair loss and regrow hair for both men and women.

We offer several compounds and ways to help make Minoxidil work better.

DHT Inhibitors

These are products that either interfere with the conversion of Testosterone to dihydro testosterone (DHT) or help to block DHT from binding to the hair follicle. DHT is the major cause of hair loss for both men and women.

Hair Vitamins

These products help to aid in growth of hair; either by inhibiting DHT and/or providing the vitamins and minerals that optimizes good quality hair growth.

Your hair needs certain vitamins to grow to its fullest and thickest. Most people do not get enough of the right vitamins & minerals for their hair. Our hair Vitamins provide all the clinical proven vitamins and minerals and do even more. They block DHT and help grow hair.

Hair & Scalp Cleansing

These products are optimized to give your hair and scalp the nutrients that are needed without adding harmful chemicals like sodium laurel sulfate, cocamide DEA or alcohols in 95% of shampoos. Most shampoos strip your hair of the essential oils that hair needs, ours do not. Our prescription-only shampoo and hair solution spray with bio-engineered human Growth Factors and DHT-inhibitors stimulate strong hair shaft and revitalize hair follicles.

Proper hair and scalp hygiene and nutrition is the first step to healthier, thicker, fuller hair.

                                               Baldness is Not a Disaster!

Hair Facts you need to know:

      • Of the 100,000 hairs on your head, you need to lose about half before it's noticeable. And when that point is reached, most of the time you're not the only one who notices.
  • Losing 50-100 hairs a day is normal. It's when they don't grow back that things get rough. Which is why you have to take control now.
  • Having, or not having hair, can have a greater impact than you think. In the United States, there has not been a bald President elected since the television age began.
